KIASWA Launches Its Service Charter

KIASWA Initiative officially launched its Service Charter at its main offices in Kiambu County. The Charter sets out clear standards of service for both the community we serve and the secretariat that serves them — covering dignity, confidentiality, non-discrimination, and timely access to biomedical, behavioural and structural support.

The launch is part of KIASWA’s structural work: making rights real through clear, accountable systems that visitors and staff can hold each other to.
